Ted Cruz defends call for patrols of Muslim neigborhoods

New York (AFP) - Republican US presidential contender Ted Cruz on Wednesday defended his call for increased police patrols in "Muslim neighborhoods", saying criticism from New York Mayor Bill de Blasio was a symptom of "head-in-the-sand political correctness."
